Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. Forge is a process layer over them. SAP, Microsoft 365, your DMS and older applications stay, and Forge connects them.

Who will change the processes?

The process team, in the no-code designer. IT keeps the guard rails through roles, separate environments and change approval.

Where will our data run?

With you on-premises (OpenShift/Kubernetes), in Azure, or hybrid. Tied to no particular cloud.

What if we decide to leave one day?

Processes (BPMN 2.0) and data (JSON) are in standard formats and fully exportable.

Is AI safe for our data?

Agents run on the platform you choose. Forge calls them from the process, logs them, and every step is in the audit trail.
